Suggested Photo Spots (1998)

Kodak Wastewater Treatment Plant, Rochester, New York: "Kodak's industrial waste water is treated at this plant in the beautiful Genesee River Valley before making its way into Lake Ontario. Local lore has it that film can be developed in this water."

Light Hydrocarbon Pipeline, Port Arthur, Texas: "A garden of more than 30 of these efficient signs warn you not to dig in this oil refining area."

US Air Force TARS, Marfa, Texas: "This blimp is a TARS--'tethered Aerostat-Borne Radar Station'--used to spot small aircraft trying to smuggle material into the United States from Mexico. Some say it monitors the mysterious Marfa lights, an unexplained phenomenon alternately attributed to extra-terrestrial space craft (UFO's) and automobile headlights. The truth is out there."
